	2009 Three Rivers Petite Verdot (Columbia Valley) Winemaker Notes: Petit Verdot is known primarily as a blending grape for the Bordeaux varieties. It adds color, fruit and weight to the palate. But when bottled on its own, Petit Verdot has a depth and juiciness that is pretty amazing. Our 2009 Columbia Valley is impenetrably dark with powerful blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry aromatics. It is thick and commanding with ripe fruit, minerals, a hint of cured meat, lush tannins and a long, strong finish. Enjoy our Petit Verdot with aged cheeses, pizza margherita, chicken tarragon, filet mignon with peppers or ravioli.

	2009 Three Rivers Cabernet Sauvignon (Walla Walla) Winemaker Notes: This inaugural vintage of our Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon was hand harvested and then immediately crushed and destemmed at the winery. The wine fermented in small open top fermentors. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels, 50% new. This 2009 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon comes from one of the truly great sites in region. It is beautifully balanced with traces of black cherries, plums cloves, tobacco and spice. The palate is round and full with an incredibly long finish. This wine pairs perfectly with sweet Thai style rib roast, grilled steaks or pasta Bolognese.

	2007 Three Rivers Malbec (Columbia Valley) Winemaker Notes: Sourced from three iconic vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley, our Malbec is rich, ripe and soft. Strawberry, brambleberry, white pepper and spice envelop this wine’s unique character. Malbec has a great legacy as one of the five noble Bordeaux varietals; we are excited to showcase it here in its varietal form with the terroir of Washington State.Try pairing our Malbec with barbecue, seared steak, smoked meats and Manchego cheese.
