2007 Columbia Valley Chardonnay

The 2007 Chardonnay combines fruit from around the Columbia Valley.  Beautiful flavors of peach, melon and zesty lemon mingle effortlessly on the palate. Gentle stirring of the lees, barrel aging and malolactic fermentation all contribute to the round mouthfeel and smooth finish.

The nose hints at oranges, limes, honeysuckle and lemon pepper. It boasts a rich entry as the citrusy acidity picks up on the midpalate with soft peaches in the finish."

This Chardonnay complements any light cuisine; we enjoyed it with baked salmon."
