"The Milbrandt brothers grew the Grenache at Clifton Vineyard and the Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) at Katherine-Leone, and Holly Turner took it from here. She's a beauty from first glance with the bright garnet color. The aromas are alluring with hints of blackberry, blueberry, cherry vanilla, chocolate and peppercorns, and the attraction smacks you in the lips with more blackberries and boysenberries. There is a playful slap from drying tannins, then a lift of citrus acidity and a cherry kiss goodbye."

All of the fruit in the 2007 Grenache is from the Milbrandt Brothers Vineyards located in the Wahluke Slope AVA. The Grenache was sourced from Clifton Vineyard, the small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon from Katherine Leone Vineyard. The Grenache was harvested September 5th.
